Job Description

- Manage and execute full-cycle payroll (salary, allowances, bonuses, BPJS TK/KS, PPh21) accurately and on time for active and resigned employees, in compliance with regulations and company policies
> Includes preparation, calculation, review, and submission for approval
- Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for budget planning, payroll reconciliation, and monthly journal entries, including adjustments to financial reports when needed
- Maintain and update employee data (e.g., promotions, transfers, resignations) and support HR sub-functions such as Talent Acquisition, Payroll & Compensation, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement
- Assist HR Manager in updating organization charts, supporting organizational development, and coordinating performance assessments
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretarial teams on compliance matters related to HR and corporate administration
- Support the implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures, and programs (e.g., employee handbook, WLK/WLF, expatriate documentation), ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Assist in recruitment and manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
- Respond to employee inquiries on HR matters and provide first-level support
- Coordinate with IT and Finance to manage company IT assets
- Support facility and operational budget management
- Work with the QC team to maintain and improve ISO standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 18001, 22301)
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Job Requirement

- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, Management, Accounting, or related field
- Business level English
- At least 3 years of experience as a Payroll Specialist, handling payroll for companies with 200–300 employees
- Experience managing end-to-end inhouse payroll and PPh21 calculations independently (with system support, without external consultants)
- Strong knowledge of updated Indonesian payroll regulations, BPJS, tax laws, and employment legislation
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
