Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Oversee and manage all General Affairs functions, including facility management, company assets, utilities, company events, office supplies, and administrative support
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations and standards
- Manage company compliance with ISO standards
- Handle legal and regulatory affairs related to permits, company licenses, labor law compliance, and contracts in coordination with relevant departments
- Coordinate with external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and regulatory compliance
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree from any Major
・Active use of English skill
・Minimum 5 years of working experience as GA with management experience in a Japanese manufacturing company, preferably from Machinery and automotive industries
・Familiarity with HSE, ISO, and Legal affiairs related to manufacturing operation
・Detail oriented, good communication skill, and good work ethics
・Willing to work in Central Java
