<Job Responsibilities>
- Oversee recruitment, including job postings, interviews, and hiring.
- Develop and implement HR policies and processes.
- Manage onboarding, employee performance, and development programs. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Supervise HR team and support management in HR decision-making.
- Act as bridge communicator for local members to Expat Management
- Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree
・High Conversational Mandarin proficiency (writing/reading/speaking), and basic English proficiency
・Min. 6 year of HR experience, with min. 3 years in foreign enterprise and manufacturing.
・Experience in setting up HR functions and team management.
・Good communication skill, coordinating skill, and detail oriented
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience in medical tool device industry
