Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree
・Business English proficiency (effective for coordination with expat & foreigners)
・Min. 3 years of experience as HR Manager or 5 years as HR Supervisor, experienced in handling all aspects of HR (recruitment, administrative, training development, compensation benefit) and handled subordinates in a Chinese Company
・Experienced as an HR in companies with scale of at least 200 employees
・Deep understanding of Organizational Development, Recruitment and Talent Management
・Good communication skill, good decision making skill, good organizational ability, proactive, smart
