- Support Guests

- Assist guests in a friendly but efficient way
- Supervise junior members
- Interact with guests in Japanese and English
- Respond and accommodate guests' needs
- Assist guest with the inquiries
- Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Min. Diploma Degree, preferably from Hotel Management/Tourism
・Min. JLPT 3 level of Japanese and own the certification, and Conversational English proficiency
・Min. 3 years as Japanese Speaker Guest Service Staff or 1 year as Guest Service Supervisor in Hotels/Apartments
・Willing to work in Shifts
・Friendly, good manners, polite, well groomed, good communication skill, customer oriented and confident
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Own JLPT 2 certification
・Able to join ASAP
・Living experience in Japan
