Job Description
[Responsibilities]
• Understand requests from owner and then prepare a design planning and drawing for building and road
• Finalize a drawing with CAD
• Complete a design/drawing work for a bidding procedure.
• Coordination a task with estimation for a bidding procedure
• Coordinate a basic design, detailed design (design, structure, M&E), and applied drawing
• Planning, instruction, and actual execution for standard drawing
[Qualifications]
• At least 5 years work experience as designer in building work.
• Good command, interpersonal and communication skills of English and Computer literate.
• Good problem solving and analysis skills.
• Basic AutoCAD, Sketch up or will be advantage Arch cad
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a sales team and to deliver results under pressure with a high level of responsibility
• Understanding of ISO & OHSAS and able to implemented in the project
• Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Civil/Architecture
