Job Description

<Position Objective/Expectation >
Assisting superiors in preparing organizational and system plans for the next 5 years, conducting initial assessments with third parties for cooperation in terms of increasing company productivity, preparing company policies and procedures related to Company business processes at branch, regional and head offices through provision of up-to-date and effective Standard Operating Procedures and their implementation, as well as planning for continuous productivity improvement both at the branch and Head Office.

<Job Responsibilities>
1. Prepare organizational plans and business processes including support systems
2. Coordinate initial cooperation with third parties, negotiate prices and levels of service
3. Implementing collaborative projects with third parties
4. Reviewing cooperation with third parties
5. Maintain cooperative relationships with third parties
6. Reviewing regulations and policies which will be implemented
7. Reviewing the implementation of Standard Operating Procedure
8. Reviewing the productivity and effectiveness of business processes
9. Reviewing policies, procedures and application systems to increase productivity
10. Reviewing the preparation, implementation and assistance of the implementation of the new application and its changes
11. Reviewing and providing input on the shortcomings of the system available to IT
12. Evaluating the performance of subordinates
13. Develop competence and motivate department heads and staff
14. fostering a harmonious relationship with the Business Unit/Marketing and other Divisions as well as third parties
15. Develop and implement the Annual Activity Plan
16. Coordinate JSOX reporting
17. Explain the business process of change to Regulators and other parties
18. Develop planning and control the Division's budget in accordance with the Activity Plan

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Have a minimum of bachelor degree in Business Management/ Finance or equivalent
・Have a minimum of 10 years in administration development in Multi-finance industry and in charged as a Senior Manager level or equivalent
・Have wide experiences in developing systems for Productivity Improvements and Standard Operating Procedures as well as planning and the implementations
・Have wide experiences in Administration Operation, Development structure
・Have knowledge of Risk Management
・He/She must have Time management skills, Computer literacy skills, Organization skills, Resourcefulness, Decision-making skills, Strategic planning skills, Leadership skills, Communication and Interpersonal skills
