Job Description
Position : Cost Estimator Section Head in Electrical Manufacture
Report to :Plant Manager
Work Location: Cikarang
Responsibilities :
To lead overall activities of Cost Estimating Department including but not limited to :
• To assist General Manager in developing and estimating business processes that will ensure applicability at the project level
• To actively participate in the management of various tenders
• To review and complete the bid forms and ensure that they are within the given specifications
• To perform evaluation of bids and provide the pricing in a timely manner
• To conceptualize layouts for the project and review all estimates before they are being submitted
• To closely monitor the results of the tenders and update them in the tender register
Requirements :
1. Min 10 years experience in cost Estimation, min. 3 years as in Managerial Level
2. Have good at mathematics (basic science)
3. Has a good English skill in speaking and writing as well
4. Good at Microsoft software application (Excel, Word, Power point, MS Project, etc.)
5. Good understanding on standard such IEC, ANSI, NEMA, JEC, JIS, ASME, SNI, and other related technical standard.
6. Have know-how about Gas Insulated Swichgear
7. Good at reading technical document such as specification, drawing, single line diagram, etc.
8. Good at basic science such as mathematic, physic, etc
9. 32- 45 years old

3. Have capability to work in team and also independently
4. Have target oriented manner
5. Have an eagerness to further improvement
6. Diligent and patient on the working processes
