Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> 1. Implement designs from superintendent's sketches 2. Deciding on the most appropriate engineering techniques and sequences of activities for each project stage. 3. Drawing plans; using specialized design software packages. 4. Ensuring plans meet the client’s specifications. 5. Making estimations for timescales and costs. 6. Assist the Superintendent in establishing the construction plan.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> 1. Minimal Bachelor degree of civil engineer or equivalent 2. Have a minimum of 5 years experiences or more 3. Excellent in Ms. Office, Autocad, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, Corel. 4. Must familiar with Primavera software 5. Able to work in a team as well as independently, keep the work within a schedule 6. Good design sense, familiar with the production process, good communication. 7. Conversational level of English Skill 8. Age of 25 - 35 years old 9. Have experience in making estimations for timescales and costs. <Preferable Skill / Experience> 1. Using Primavera for more than 3 years
