Job Description
- Do market research for prospect project acquisition - Communicate and keep a close relationships with consultants, design, engineering and construction offices, government and municipalities offices, and other external required parties - Develop and execute strategy for business development (project) including price control, that still aligns with the company strategy - Coordinate periodically with HQ for reports and discussions - Record all activities and record them to the CRM system - Make forecast and sales plan - Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree ・Business English proficiency (fluency in communicating with foreigners about technical matters) ・Min. 8 years of experience with 4 years of experience as Business Development or Sales including in foreign company, handling pump or HVAC or valve or decorative paint industry for project acquisition (construction), experienced in communicating and maintaining relationship with consultants design/engineer/construction offices ・Good understanding of pump business and experienced in using CRM/BI tools for sales reporting ・Good communication skill, good business acumen, goal oriented
