• Identify and map business strengths and customer needs • Ensure interactions between customers, markets and business relationships run well • Develop growth strategies focused on financial returns and customer satisfaction • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs • Designing the concept of a new product and its promotional strategy • Ensure compliance with the rules and guidelines established by law relating to sales contracts • Analyze and report things that need improvement from a business perspective. • Other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Min. S1 majoring in Marketing/Business/Communication ・Min. 5 years experience as Marketing/business development Supervisor or 2 years as marketing/business development manager ・Have experience in the finance company business and have in-depth knowledge of business products ・Able to follow the latest business trends ・Honest, good analytical skills, is disciplined, good leadership and collaboration skills. ・Proficient in using computer applications, minimum Ms. Office.
