Job Description
- Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to grow visibility and sales of company's pharmaceutical products across retail and distribution channels. - Plan and manage in-store promotions, product placement, and point-of-sale materials tailored for pharmacies, drugstores, and other relevant outlets. - Collaborate closely with the sales team to align trade initiatives with business objectives and provide promotional support and tools. - Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, pharmacy chains, and retail partners to enhance product availability and visibility. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and adjust trade plans accordingly. - Manage trade promotions such as bundling, discount offers, and retail campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand and regulatory guidelines. - Design, distribute, and track point-of-sale materials (POSM), ensuring proper execution and brand compliance at the retail level. - Support new product launches through trade-focused activation plans, including sample distribution and retail engagement. - Track and manage trade marketing budgets and evaluate the ROI of campaigns to improve future planning and effectiveness. - Ensure all trade marketing activities comply with pharmaceutical regulations and uphold the company’s branding standards.
Job Requirement
・At least Associate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field. ・High conversational level of English ・Min. 3 years experience in the same role from pharmaceutical, consumer healthcare, or FMCG industry ・ Familiar in operating Excel (Intermediate) and Powerpoint..Preferably has experience in using Looker Studio or Tableau ・Strong communication and relationship-building skills with internal teams and external stakeholders (distributors, retail chains, etc).
