Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- P&L Management by working collaboratively with the principal, marketing, retail and operational team to drive revenue growth while maintaining healthy marketing cost
- End to end business process handling by creating system, process, SOP to fasten execution
- Collaborate with cross function teams to execute multi channel marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, social media, offline events and partnerships
- Do market analysis by identifying and aligning with principle, on any consumer and market, product knowledge gaps, reviewing key data points on a regular basis to monitor market growth or competitor threats, and inform go to market plans and tactics
- Manage and monitor marketing budget
- Propose brand's monthly, quarterly, yearly campaigns
- Create and develop clear business strategies to achieve daily, monthly, yearly goals
- Create and develop marketing plan as well as setting up clear indicators to measure the results of each activity
- Lead product development projects to ensure seamless execution, managing timelines and quality standards
- Effectively execute marketing activities according to marketing calendar and to ensure the return on investment
- Set up sales targets, periodic sales forecasts and ensuring expected sales outcome
- Construction monthly sales report that summarizes sales achievement, marketing activities updates and competitive landscape for submission to principal
- Create standard operating procedures for cross functional team collaboration from marketing, to warehouse, to retail and ensuring seamless execution
- Liaise with internal organization to ensure all SOPs are in place
- Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related
・Business English proficiency
・Min. 5 years as Brand Manager with min. 3 years as Brand Manager in growing beauty company
・Experienced in brand marketing, digital marketing, retail sales, inventory management, market research, marketing and brand management, consumer & market insights, conducting consumer research
・Ability to achieve sales growth from online and retail, brand awareness growth, effectivity of executed marketing activities
・Creative, analytical, good communication and organizational skill
