Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Manage and lead branch staff, including hiring, training, and performance management. - Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales and profitability goals. - Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement. - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns. - Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control. - Coordinate with other branches and departments to support company-wide initiatives. - Handle escalated customer issues and resolve conflicts effectively. - Handle branch's operational activities - Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Min. Bachelor's degree ・Min. Conversational English proficiency ・Min. 3 years of experience as sales manager with min. 5 years in handling Commercial Vehicle Industry handling European Branded Trucks ・Critical thinking, flexible, and creative <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Live in Lampung area
