<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Handle the administration tasks for Indonesia office and support Thailand office
<Job Responsibilities>
- Replenish office supplies
- Manage Building matter
- Manage petty cash and claims
- Receive and dispatch samples for Business Development team
- Validate courier invoices
- Responding promptly to salesperson inquiries.
- Assists Thailand team to manage their customer order.
- Collaborate with the sales team to arrange samples for customers in Thailand.
- Accountable for meeting specific performance metrics that are aligned with the company’s broader objectives.
- Maintain proper documentation and adhere to the defined process and standards as per audit requirements.
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Min. Bachelor’s degree
・Min. Business Level English proficiency (proficient in doing report to foreigner)
・Min. 3 years experience in trading company as sales admin or customer support and proficient in using SAP, experienced in coordinating with customers via calls
・Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
