Job Description
-General admin, HRGA tasks
-Business trip arrangement (ticket, hotel)
-Visa, company license/legal docs. (deed, NIB, Wajib lapor, etc.) support
-Maintain Assets, support finance for making payment application
-Contract agreement, expatriate legal documentations
-Maintain employee attendance
-Open LC and other related with GA Task.
Job Requirement
-Minimum bachelor's degree in: Psychology/ Human Resource Management /Law / Administration or other related
-Working experience in Japanese company as back office staff
-Business level English
