Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree in IT or Equivalent ・At least 2 years of working experience in Sales & Marketing function or equivalent (from IT company) ・Intermediate Japanese language for daily work and conversation with Japanese native (minimum JLPT N3 certificate) ・Presentation skill, sales presentation (company profile solution overview, etc) ・Sales proposal creation with team or independently ・Powerful closing and negotiation skill ・Excellent personality, positive attitude and open minded ・Dynamic, attractive ・Has good track record on achieving sales target ・Discipline, fast learner, high accurate and able to work under pressure ・Able to communicate actively in English both oral and written is a must <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Customer oriented, ever working for Japanese customer is an advantage
