Job Description
- Conceptualize and lead the annual pay planning cycle including merit grid design, market data finalization etc.
- Collaborate with Global Compensation & Benefits COE to align India processes with Global Guidelines.
- Lead Policy benchmarking and design of policies.
- Partner with the appropriate leadership Team members to lead C&B Strategy in alignment with a business based on analytics and market intelligence.
- Workforce Planning and Cost Control.
- Support in Mobility program recommendation and execution wherever required.
- Provide guidance and leadership around Executive Compensation for Senior Executives in line with the India market practices.
- Manage Stakeholder awareness & education on Compensation & Benefits.
Oversee HR Operations process including
Payroll & Benefits Management
Compliance & Audit
Employee Life Cycle Management (Joining, Exit, Grievances)
Legal compliances & Statutory requirements
Vendor Management (Payroll, Compliance, Benefits)
Requirements
Experience -10+ years
Hands-on experience in Excel and data analysis
Excellent in Stakeholders management And Project Timelines
Team management
