Sales & Planning Division- Assistant Manager
Key Responsibilities include:
Works closely with the sales & other internal dept’s by providing sales support information
Acts as a ‘sales process’ coordinator for the allocated business clients
Creates and/or revises Sales contract & presentations to reflect the value addition
Execute sales process using tools and job aids
Manages part of execution or implementation of the projects in terms of Vendor analysis / procurement/Vendor Management
Documents the sales processes including identification of process inconsistencies or inefficiencies; makes recommendations to improve (Kaizen)
Co-ordinate with Clients on pending contracts & process lags
Track record of providing exceptional service to internal and external clients
Interpersonal skills including the ability to work on interdepartmental project teams
Attention to detail is a must
You are a successful candidate if you have experience in below areas:
IT or Commerce graduate with 6 to 7 years’ experience
Proven work experience as Pre-sales in IT sector or PMO or Delivery team
Hands on experience in sales and an ability to meet customer expectations
Good Negotiation & Communication skills - Proficiency in English
Excellent interpersonal and team management skills with flexibility & adaptability
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
Good in excel and PowerPoint presentation
Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
