Job Description
 Workshop Management: Manpower Planning, meeting Daily, weekly, monthly scheduling and coordinating of Raw Materials availability as per the production targets.
 Responsible for all production related activities at shop floor.
 Ensure smooth production by continuous follow up with PPC and SCM.
 Calculation of Manpower as per plan and standard time.
 Shift coordination by Shift beginning & Closing meeting, production report, rejection summary.
 Implement KAIZEN Ideas, Maintaining 5S On shop floor
 Responsible for Safety, Health, workshop rules regulation,
 Documentation & Regulation: - As per company policy understand and implementation of same.
 Gourika (Rationalization, Horizontal deployment) Sustain & Maintain.
