Experience : 2 -6 Years
Qualification : B.Tech/Diploma .
Location-Chennai

Job Description:-
Primary Responsibilities:-
 The candidate should have hands on experience of working at customer site.
 Must be able to resolve Technical issues at Customer site in the defined target time.
 Experience with forklifts is required.
 Must be able to manage Parts and service business in the assigned area / Customer base
 Keep the Territory Service Manager updated regarding critical issues faced by customer
 Daily / Weekly reporting to TSM on the progress of tasks assigned for the assigned area / customer base

Secondary Responsibilities:-
 Must have good knowledge of Hydraulics / Pneumatics / electrical
 Providing technical support to the Branch Service Manager
 Knows How to drive reach trucks(Preferred)
