Functional Responsibilities:
1. Hand on actual work experience during initial trial and testing of Dies & tools.
2. Ensure safe working, use of Proper PPE, safety, house keeping and 5S in working area
3. Perform day to day assign work to meet weekly, monthly die schedule as per
Die loading plan.
4. Experience large size 5 axis NC machines operation, understand of G code & M code.
5.Coordination for timely Development & availability of Die, tooling as per the monthly /weekly plan
and deliveries, capacity utilisation, Safety, Quality, 5S, TPM
Requirements
Diploma in Mechanical / Diploma in Tool & Die Making / ITI
Minimum 0 to 5 years NC control 5 Axis Machining Centre, Understanding on G code & M Code.
Working knowledge of 05 axis NC Machining centre, Experience of BIW (Body in white)
Welding & Assembly in automobile industry
