Role -
Title - Marketing Manager
Location - Delhi, India (office location has not been decided yet but soon they will finalize in Delhi/NCR)
Position Description
The Marketing Manager will help creatively move the brand forward by leveraging the company global brand assets and positioning to develop and execute creative marketing strategies for the India business. He/she will develop and implement short and long term creative marketing strategies, utilizing all traditional(TV, print, catalogue, outdoor, digital, in-store event) and non-traditional (social media, mobile, online marketing tools, local marketing efforts, etc.) marketing vehicles to increase brand awareness, traffic, conversion, sales and margin.
Key responsibilities
Your main mission will be to manage the overall strategic direction and execution of product campaigns locally, in link with the Company Executive in India and the Global Marketing team in Japan, and to ensure that the brand remains relevant to customers.
You will be the main point of contact for the implementation of the marketing strategy and all market research inclusive of all media advertising activities.
In order to achieve this mission, your key responsibilities will focus on:
1) Implementation of Marketing strategy for store openings (real store)
2) Overall Marketing Management and Strategy
3) Medias
4) Public Relations and Events
Candidate profile and key skills
1) Core Competencies
We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor degree as a minimum, and at least 7-8 years marketing experience
including digital marketing, in Fashion/Apparel, Consumer Goods or other Retail company. Having previously worked in a store is a plus.
Candidate has excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize own workload and deliver to tight deadlines; and to process information quickly and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
He/she has demonstrated an understanding of and an interest in the retail sector and in fashion Marketing and PR, and excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the business and with key partners.
He/she is a team player that is effective in collaborating with other functions to achieve the Companys goals and objectives. He/she is focused on the needs of the customer with a commitment to customer service. He/she wills to
maintain a consistently high standard of excellence for deliverable.
He/she is good at solving problems, constantly seeks for challenge and is able to quickly and efficiently adapt himself/herself in dynamic and changing environments.
He/she is also able to think broadly but also focus on detail when required.
