Job Description
1.       Schedule preparation making excel master file and share with all stakeholders
2.       Travel arrangements for MIE Staffs and Visitors ( Book hotel, airtickets & local transport)
3.       Procurement : Stationaries, water, house keeping items, fixed assets etc..
4.       Logistics Support : Arrange shipments (Samples, documents) through DHL / Fedex, Customs clerance support for samples and expats house hold items etc.
5.       Petty Cash Handling : Maintain petty cash advance and support for regular office cash expenses (Fuel for office cars, Duty charges, water charges etc..)
6.       Visa preparation : Support to prepare visa invitation letter for visitors, local staffs overseas travel visa arrangements etc..
7.       Support to Expatriates : Expats FRRO (Visa extension), communicate with owners for apartment arrangements telephone, internet, electricity etc..
8.       IT Support and Co-ordination : Co-ordinate with Singapore IT team to support resolve office staffs IT issues, co-ordinate with IT vendors (Internet service provider, local laptop service provider etc..)
9.       Rother Jobs as assigned by Admin Manager / Office Managers.

Additional Job Information
·         Education : Degree in any specialisation
·         Experience : 3 to 5 yrs relevant experience in Admin / receptionist
·         Communication : Strong communication competency in English language and interpersonal skills.
·         Computer Knowledge : Microsoft Office Skills (Excel (Pivot, Formula etc.) Power point and outlook, Knowledge in system trouble shooting will be added advantage.
·         Personality : Adapt to changes, reporting, timely deliver, etc..
