Designation:- Executive IT
Reporting to :- Manager IT
Location :- Gr. Noida
JOb Role;
1. Able to identify and solve IT infrastructure problem related to users.2. Attend daily calls related to service desk, assets, server, data, and network and keeping track of all pending calls and help in timely closure of the same.3. Checking the IT asset inventory, quotations for various requirements and keeping track of pending bills and payments.4. Able to support in trouble - shooting network related issues in the data centre.5. Able to Escalate & co-ordinate with vendor/ service providers.6. Monitoring the vendor for SLA tracking.7. Expertise in relevant Operating systems Window and Linux.8. Versatility on Mail Messaging System “Exchange” and antivirus “Symantec”.9. Assist in creating and maintaining licenses, IT records, SOPs and documentation/policies.10. Able to recognize and propose solutions for pertaining to trouble shooting, Laptops/Desktops and Peripherals.11. Versatility on Office Automation Product.12. Administrative and troubleshooting knowledge on MS-Outlook.13. Monitoring and administering security of all IT devices and hardening of the devices.14. Preventive Maintenance of Laptops/Desktops/Printers/Scanners and other IT related Equipment will be maintaining virtualization infrastructure that include servers, storage, backup, VMware, Window servers, AD, DNS, DHCP, Applications and other services running.
