Job Description

Job Role
· Recruitment - Coordinate with Vendor, Department Manager and location
representative for hiring suitable candidates to meet organisation's
manpower needs while maintaining budget and deadlines.
· Propose steps for employee's motivation, learning and development
activities and formulate relevant trainings, skill enhancement tools for
overall organisation development.
· Manage Employee data and maintain and generate relevant MIS reports
like Organisation chart etc. to have effective control
· Coordinate for General Affairs activities like Renewal of vendor contracts
and overall supervise contract staff, monitor vendor payment, compliances
and any other related issues for uninterrupted functioning of department.
· Review and Prepare HR policy: To create and implement the employee
staff rules and regulations
· Regional Projects: Coordination with regional office on ongoing projects
· HR Generalist role: It includes HR Systems & Processes including time
management, Coordination for CSR activities, Employee communications
etc.
