Job Description
Responsibilities
• Work cross-functionally to prepare and maintain IG budgets and forecasts at the study, country, and clinical site level
• Serve as the primary contact for internal/external IG requests and issue escalation
• Manage the daily Site Payments operations/resources to ensure the accurate and timely:
o Entry, calculation, and payment of IG costs;
o Delivery of Sponsor IG invoices, accruals, and reports; and
o Achievement of departmental KPIs
• Collaborate with Account Management, Clinical Trial Management, Contracts, and Finance Teams to provide timely and thorough responses for Site Payment deliverables
• Work with the IG Revenue Recognition team to provide needed IG budget and cost forecasts for financial reporting purposes
• Provide oversight, coaching, and professional development opportunities for assigned staff
• Own/participate in the execution of departmental strategic initiatives and process improvement efforts in order to build streamlined, scalable, well-controlled target-state systems, processes, and reporting

Requirements
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree with 3-4 years of prior investigator grants management experience in a Global CRO
• Fluent in English
• Must have strong, demonstrated experience with the following:
o Ability to lead, motivate, develop, and coach junior staff
o Ability to use critical thinking to solve complex challenges and make effective decisions
o Clearly present complicated topics to diverse audiences in both oral and written form
o Ability to manage conflicts and resolve noted challenges/concerns
o Ability to track/manage multiple competing deliverables/deadlines
o Excellent customer service
o Excellent organization skills and the ability to multitask while efficiently and independently completing high quality work;
o Excellent computer skills, with an advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
