<Products: Automotive Seat Belts, Air Bags, Steering Wheels.etc > <Clients: Maruti Suzuki > <Saturday Working: Yes > <Job Responsibilities> -Mainly Working on JUKI. -Attending to breakdown problems of the machines. -Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on JUKI sewing machines. -Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues. -Identify opportunities for machine performance improvement. -Prepare a spare part list required during preventive maintenance. -Root cause analysis of breakdown-related problems. -Maintain accurate maintenance records and report on machine performance. -Troubleshoot issues for the utility system and minimize downtime. -Preventive Maintenance Schedule Development.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・More than 3 years of working experience in Maintenance Dep． ・Good communication skills in English ・Working experience in a Japanese company. ・Experience in repair/maintenance of sewing machines ・Knowledge for handling sewing Machines <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Working experience in Safety products in the Automotive industry. ・ Experience in repairing JUKI's double chain stitching machines. *Sewing machines from other manufacturers are totally acceptable.
