Job Description
• To build strong relationship with customers at key / decision making level
• To analyze customers plans & strategies, competitor actions and decide actions based on management expectations and company policy
• Prepare Annual Budgets and Sales Plans in line with customer and industry trend
• To lead and motivate the team for efficient performance and train them for next level
• To work with R&D Team to propose and implement VA/VE/solutions for new emission norms with an aim to gain upper hand against competitors
• To ensure periodic price revisions as per norms and settle new business as per the company’s cost image.
