JD for AM- R&D
JD:-
· Electrical Motor design of ceiling fan / Consumer appliances motors - Brushless /Brushed motors / Induction motors / Electric power steering / Automotive motors.
· Making specifications based on the customer requirement.
· Conduct development process up to completion of production validation & testing.
· Work on continuous VE by applying locally available/low cost solution to the original design.
· Sort, Stratify, Analyze market related issues and come up with the cost effective solution in case of design related.
· Hands on experience in electrical motor design
· Hands on experience in product development processes / methods as well as VA/VE activates.
· Hands on experience in product testing for performance and safety as per 374 and IS 302
· Working knowledge of engineering terminologies & test methods.
· Hands on experience of design.
· Hands on knowledge of reliability evaluation test process
· Good knowledge of motor assembling and component manufacturing process as per outline.
· Knowledge of MS office.
· Good communications skills
Qualification:- Candidate should have the Degree in Electrical Engineering/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering
