Job Description
HSE Senior Staff for Manufacturing industry
Location : MM2100
Responsibilities:
* Supervise the development, management and implementation of safety programs to ensure regulatory compliance as mandated by national agencies
* Develop accident prevention sysrtem and programs for incorporation into operational policies of the company
* Manage the response and investigation of incidents and safety observation, and take action in order to mitigate potential safety, health and environment risks.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree with HSE or other related background
Have at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing company
Have a full knowledge and experience of HSE Management System and their implementation at an operational level (ISO 140001 and OHSAS 18001)
Experience in training and delivering HSE programs
Good communication skill in english
Able to be placed in MM2100, Cikarang.
Willing to work during weekends
Desirable Experience
Have worked in Japanese company
Have worked in the industry of steel, plastic and paper manufcaturing
Able to work under pressure, communicative and able to corporate
