Job Description

[Responsibility]

Inbound Shipment

- Filter and check shipping document. After obtain from all local and overseas vendors

- incoming shipment recording

- Prepare shipping document with order sheet to freight forwarder to meet on-time delivery

- Price checking and proceed cargo receiving into system

- Coordinate with 3PL, freight forwarder to do customs and delivery cargo to warehouse with good condition and on-time delivery

- Coordinate with freight forwarder, 3PL, and concerned department for irregular shipment or facing custome clearence 

- Improve profitability inbound expense


Outbonds Shipment

- Delivery management preparation to 3PL with onetime delivery to customer

- Issue Delivery order to 3PL

- Issue Invoice to customer

- Coordinate with 3PL to fulfill customer satisfaction such as special label or special handling,

- Prepare document for sample and replacement for cusotmern

- Check freight, booking and monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure the shipments on schedules

- Improve profitability outbonds expenses for local delivery


Documentation

- Filling for all documentation (Import and Export entry, tax invoice after acknowledgement by customer, delivery note cutting)


[Qualification]

- 2 or 3 years of experience in logistic or export-import

- Strong costumer service skills

- Proficient in computer skill

- Good English Skill

- Have sense of urgency

- "Can Do" attitude, proactive, and strong innitiative
