| 業務内容 Roles/Duties/ Responsibilities | • Visiting customers regularly for installing, solving problems, training customers about company labeling MACHINES. • Responsible for all regular service activities of high quality packaging machines. Will also have a helpdesk function for customers and colleagues from the organization. • Solving complex problems and failures quickly, give structural feedback from machines and customers in. • Communicate frequently with both internal and external parties for optimal customer satisfaction. | ||||
