- Between 35-40 years old
- Minimum 7 years of experience in quality ssurance position in automotive company
- Having an excellent quality inspection skill
- Having good understanding of ISO Standard Procedure (ISO 9001/ISO14001/OHSAS)
- Have certification of PPR (Personal Protection Radiation)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive team worker and team leader with good negotiation skill
- Fluent in english (both oral and written)
- Able to work under pressure, communicative, responsible, humble and hardworker
