<Job Responsibilities>
- Management of the sewing line.
- Provide technical support and guidance on the shop floor
- Manage delivery schedules
- Other instructions from the factory manager

・Experience: Having any in as below.
- At least 3 years of working experience as a sewing factory manager or deputy factory manager in Apparel and textile industry.
- Having a background as a sewing line leader and having at least 7 years of total sewing experience in the Apparel and textile industry.
・Having knowledge of sewing (Must)
・Able to manage production efficiency and quality.
・Able to go to the factory by yourself

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Can speak Japanese or English
・Having working experience in a Japanese company or Japanese manufacturing company
