<Job Duties>
・Support the company's Vietnamese Technical Manager in construction-related tasks, including design, schedule, budget, bidding, and construction management (quality and safety management).
・Various document creation, preparation of presentation materials, processing, and editing of drawing (data CAD data).
・Communicate with project team members, and participation in project meetings (internal and external designers, contractors, various consultants, business partners, etc.) in English and Vietnamese.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・University or college graduate related to construction technology
・Age: 27 - 35 years old.
・Gender: Any
・Language: English intermediate level up.
・Experience:
- More than 5 years in the construction industry with experience in architectural design firms, general contractors, project management (PM), or construction management (CM)
- Skills/Certifications: Project Manager certification, Construction Manager certification, basic PC skills
- Others: Experience in creating architectural contract documents (Welcome/Preferred Consideration).
