<Job Responsibilities>
We are recruiting candidates as senior process engineer, who would be an engineering manager in the future, related to Waste to Energy Plant (incineration power plant, hereinafter “WtE”) & Renewable Gas Plant (hereinafter “RG”) in Asia Pacific.
The successful candidates will carry out engineering work associated with industrial plant such as Waste to Energy plant as described below.
1) Execute process engineering which is, but not limited to, process block flow diagram, process calculation like heat & mass balance, line & equipment sizing, hydraulics, process equipment datasheet, process flow diagram, material selection, process & utility P&ID including control philosophy, operation manual, while assisting of procurement and construction for WtE & RG Plant
2) Execute supervision of Commissioning
3) Prepare the plant specification including RfQ to vendors suitable for site conditions according to the process selection and calculation of the equipment capacity, and so on
4) Lead relevant engineering teams to proceed the project work (Normally, the project team in WtE & RG plant consists of several groups such as process, layout, equipment, piping, electrical, instrumentation and civil & building team)
5) Create the common requirements and documents for all the design team
6) Communicate and negotiate with clients and vendors together with project members in order to proceed the technical meeting, certifications, evaluations
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Gender: Any
- Age: from 40
- Education: University graduate in Mechanical Engineering/ Chemicals
- English skill: Business level
- Experience:
+ Having 8 years of working experience as a Plant Engineer of power plant and/or petrochemical plant
+ One who has the experience of the manager or supervising work at the construction site
+ Experience in P&ID, in software such as ASPEN, COMOS, HTRI, executing projects in accordance with ASME code
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- The possession of Japanese skill as well is preferred.
- Preferably WtE plant
- Leader/ Manager level
