<Job Responsibilities>
- Maintains Company’s effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering and supporting strategic plans for ICT in SV-DN field
- Oversee IT support for existing systems.
- Oversee implementation of IT policies and procedures for the Company Offshore facilities, including onboarding new employees.
- Oversee IT new and ongoing projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data centre.
- Maintain incident sheet, tracking it for ongoing issues, proposing solutions and implementing solutions.
- Communicate urgent IT issues immediately to Operation Management Department.
- Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures.
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- As requested, maintain professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmark state-of-of-the-art practices; participate in professional societies.
- Assure Company is implementing best practices across all IT policies and procedures.
- Supervise, coordinate and set up ICT systems for onshore/offshore premises.
- Provide ICT supports for onshore/offshore operations.

- Manage Rigs’ FTP Servers, WSUS Server, Anti-virus Server.
- Manage & monitor security systems such firewall, IPS, ISE, Fortinet, Sophos.
- Manage and monitor network traffic, devices (switches, routers etc.).
- Manage VSAT, LAN, WAN, leased lines, Internet connections.
- Manage & monitor IP PBX system.
- Annual Audit of ICT Security & computer HW & SW.
- Study and propose new applicable ICT solutions.
- Experience in configuring and managing firewall such as
- Have strong knowledge about storage, backup and restoration solution.
- Ability to draw the network topology and prepare the IT Manual for internal training.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Gender: Male
- Age: 26 -35 years old
- Education background: Bachelor's Degree, major in Information Technology
- Language: English - Business Level
- Experience: At least 5 years experience in Information Technology management
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems.
- Expertise in data center management and data governance
- Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Willing to work offshore
- Proven working experience in oil and gas offshore facilities
- Ability to work under high pressure and independence.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
