- Review contract, memo random, SHA etc
- Explain the law and give legal advice
- Conduct legal research and gather evidence
- Monitor legal risk
- Lead and mentor junior Associates
- Other assigned tasks
<Necessary requirement>
• From 10 years of working experience.
• Strong experience in M&A deals, covering a wide range of industries, from consumer goods, processing/manufacturing, services, pharmaceuticals, real estate & construction, project finance
• Qualified Vietnamese Lawyer
• Business level English
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
• Work experience in law firm rather than in-house lawyer
• Work experience in a big law firm
