<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Manage booking trends and manage hotel occupancy rates.

<Job Responsibilities>
- Aim to acquire customers by making full use of the latest reservation system
- Oversee revenue management and distribution strategy of the hotel and manage day-to-day yield operations.
- Analysis, strategy adjustments, and reporting.
- Perform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends.
- Create and develop pricing strategies
- Analyze overall monthly hotel performance and provide a summary report with recommendations to improve long-term strategies.
- Ensure all related systems are configured correctly, validated, and working to full capacity
- Oversee and audit the standards and operations of the reservations department.
- Ensure web site booking process is maintained up-to-date and functional.
- Manage delivery partner performance and contract fees (OTA, FIT, tour operators, companies, consortiums, crews, groups, etc.).
- Support and training of supervisors who are subordinates

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor Degree
・Under 40y
・Gender Any
・Having over 5years of experience as a Revenue & Reservation Manager in the Hotel, Service apartment, or related industry of foreign companies
・Good command of English - Speaking/Writing/Listening
・Strong leadership and management skill
・Good PC Skills ＆ Knowledgeable of hotel technology: such as PMS, Channel Manager, GDS, CRS, Extranets

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Having over 7y experience
・Come from foreign operation companies or enterprises is preferable
・Strong leadership and management skill

・Able to work under pressure
