<Job Responsibilities>
- Analyze assigned project requirements and review specifications
- Develop assigned project’s test plan and test cases
- Evaluate and provide feedback on the test proceedings
- Execute testing and report testing status to relevant stakeholders
- Work closely with the project manager on the quality aspect of the assigned project
- Lead a small QA team in an assigned project
- Report to the team manager and proactively contribute to skills-building activities for more junior members.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education Background: BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
・Language Skills: English at Intermediate level (writing and verbal)
・Experiences:
- Experience working with Web-based or mobile app testing (Around 3 years)
- Good knowledge about software testing: functional testing, integration testing, performance testing
- Experience developing test plans, test cases, and test reports
- Excellent analytical skills and systematic thinking
- Good knowledge or experience with API testing
- Good knowledge or experience with Database testing
- Good knowledge or experience with automation testing is beneficial
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Good time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to coach and mentor junior members.
- Good learning attitude, professionalism, and a high sense of responsibility
