<Job Responsibilities>
1. For Staff position:
- Receive orders, assist customers in the process of placing orders
- Participate in the sample production process, and ensure the quality of samples before sending them to customers
- Follow up with customer feedback, negotiate contracts
- Work with engineering, purchasing, and materials departments to ensure raw materials for production
- Work with production departments, technical teams, and quality management to ensure orders are delivered on time and meet quality standards
- Calculating costs for goods, output for products, and related services

2. For Leader Position:
- Be in charge of production planning
- Negotiate Price with Suppliers
- Summarize and report on the production of orders at factories
- Search and evaluate new suppliers
- Solve problems arising in the production process
- Manager data, orders
- Manage employees in the group
- Other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors

<Necessary Skill / Experience>-
- Age : 23 - 35
- Gender: Any
- Education's Background: College or University Degree
- Experience:
+ Staff: Have 1 year of experience working as a Merchandiser Staff in manufacturing companies
+ Leader: From 2 - 3 years of experience working as a Merchandiser Staff in manufacturing companies
- Language: English or Japanese - Business Level

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Resident near factory or hometown is near the area
- Experience in Japanese apparel companies
