<Job Responsibilities>
・Manage the Project site team while motivating the team
・Proceed while considering the delivery, safety, quality, and environmental issues.
・Establish good communication with the Project Manager (Japanese), team members, and stakeholders.
・Manage, control, and negotiate with M&E subcontractors

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree in construction, architect majors
・Language: English - Business level
・Experience:
- Have working experience as an M&E Engineer in Japanese companies
- Have experience working with Japanese commercial facilities.

<Preferred personality>
Strong leadership and negotiation skills
