<Job Responsibilities>
- Support managers complete daily tasks (e.g. implementing new policies).
- Understand each department’s daily processes and goals.
- Provide administrative/paperwork support and translation in the company.
- Get familiar with personnel duties.
- Participate in the company’s strategic planning.
- Help managers in evaluating performance (e.g. writing reports, analyzing data).
- Keep track of business revenue.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Language skills: Mandarin - Business Level (Level HSK5 or above)
- Education: College/Bachelor's degree
- Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's Business Administration or similar disciplines OR 1-3 years of experience working with Management experience is preferable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Language skills: English speaking skill is preferable.
- Personalities: Ambitious, Energetic, Responsible.

Mirach Manufacturing is a new company (manufacturing leather products such as handbags, wallets, packbacks, belts...) that belongs to Chantal Supplies Limited Hongkong - a famous Fashion and textiles supplier for well-known Italian fashion brands. They have 1 factory in China and just opened 1 in Vietnam (Long An province).
