<Job Responsibilities>
- Joining a meeting (including online) that is held in Japanese and sharing the meeting contents with the Vietnamese National Staff accurately and with nuance.
- Reading and understanding the emails which is written in the Japanese language and sharing the contents with the Vietnamese National Staff.
- Customer attendance from Japan who communicates in the Japanese language. (It might include a business trip)
- Back-office procedure. (Issuing Debit notes, Expense Settlement, input data to accounting system, etc.)
- Support for Sales and Marketing activity for Foods, Agricultural, Forest Products, and the infrastructure department.
(In the future, the Company wishes candidates to be able to work in a sales and marketing position, making use of Japanese language skills).

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree - major in Business Administration, Marketing, Economic,...
・Language: Japanese - Business Level (N2 or above) and English - Business Level
・Experience:
- Having 2 years of experience as a Sales Support/ Sales Assistant at international trading companies, highly prefer Japanese trading companies
- OR Fresher candidates can also apply
