Job Detail

1. Japanese interpreter:
・Perform detailed review of client accounting reports, payroll, tax declarations for accuracy and compliance with VAS and JP GAAP.
・Monitor receipt of client documents to ensure timely progress of running service.
・Act as a bridge between Japanese Clients and Vietnamese accountants to ensure both parties understand accurate information.
・Work closely with Associates and/or Managers to gather accurate information before responding to client queries by email or phone.
・Promptly inform clients about any delay and/or cause of delay and offer suggestions to ensure timely delivery of projects assigned.
・Perform translation tasks for Vietnamese accountants or other departments as needed.
・Perform related administrative tasks such as preparing Proposals, Contracts, Debit Notes, Purchase Orders, etc.
・Ensure the integrity of all client documents and their proper/organized safekeeping and filing

2. Accounting and Tax tasks:
- Conduct routine accounting and tax services to clients:
- Input accounting entries into accounting software.
- Prepare monthly accounting reports.
- Calculate monthly payroll and other liability according to payroll such as SIHIUI.
- Calculate and declare taxes, including VAT, PIT, CIT and FCT.
- Communicate with clients during daily work.
- Work with clients’ auditors and tax officers when needed.
・Assist in spot services such as review and due diligence for M&A projects.
・ Other tasks assigned by managers


<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: College Degree and above
・Gender: Any (Current Accountant team members are mainly female)
・Age: 22-28 years old
・Language: Japanese business level (N2 and above) and English intermediate level
・Experience: Not required
<Others>:
- Possitive attitude to learn accounting and tax.
- Has above average analytical, your own time management skills
- Keen on details and has good problem-solving skills through communication with boss.
- Easily builds rapport with clients and colleagues due to strong communication, interpersonal, customer service and presentation skills

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Have experience related to accounting and tax
・Have CPA or Japan Bookkeeping Certificate II
