<Job Responsibilities>
You will be responsible for managing the facilities (hot spring, pool, spa). Each facility has a person in charge.
Main duties include staff management, training, dissemination of manuals, shift creation, recruitment, etc.
・Response in case a problem occurs at the facility
・Responding to emergencies and dealing with vendors when problems occur with equipment.
・Building relationships with people in charge within the Area
・Creation of operations

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Gender: Any
・Age: 30 - 40 years old
・Language: English - Intermediate
・Experience: More than 2 years of management experience and 3 years of experience in facility management (gym, restaurant, hotel, resort facility, etc.).

<Preferable skill / Experience>
・Experience managing hot springs, swimming pools, and spa facilities
・Technical knowledge of equipment.
・Can speak Japanese or English business level
