<Overview>
- GT channel Area Sales Manager (will be in charge of the HCM, DongNai/BinhDuong, Ba Ria - Vung Tau areas)
- A local general distributor imports and sells own-brand products (baby diapers, etc.).
- The mission is “To increase shop coverage, active accounts (calls) in your responsible area.”
<Job Responsibilities>
・Managing the activities, visits, and schedules of sales staff.
・Training and orienting sales staff.
・Developing GT programs and promotions.
・Managing performance progress. Calculating sales incentives and performing desk work and paperwork.
・Communicating and coordinating with Distributors/NPP (area distributors).
・Acquiring new customers by visiting key shops. Direct sales.
・Develop new clients
*Vung Tau area 1-2times/Month
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Language: English Business level(Report to Internal)
・Experience:
- At least 5 years of working Experience in the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry OR dealing with Consumer products in GT channel
- Have experience with the GT channel
- Have experience as an Area Manager or supervisor in FMCG sales
- Being able to go on a business trip.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Japanese Business level
・Candidates with 5 or more years of sales experience in the GT channel will be preferred.
・Experience in the FMCG industry is not mandatory.
・Candidates with experience as a Supervisor or Area Manager in GT are preferred.
