<Job Responsibilities>
• Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close.
• Ensure the timely sending of all clients' monthly financial statements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the firm.
• Provide training to new and existing staff as needed.
• Handle personnel issues relating to staff conflicts, absenteeism, performance issues, etc.
• Work with each direct report to establish goals and objectives for each year and monitor and advise on the progress to enhance the professional development of staff.
• Support the Managing Director with special projects and workflow process improvements.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor Degree with Accounting / Finance major
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience:
• At least 5 years of experience in the accounting and tax field (accounting firms)
• At least 3 years of experience (for managerial position)
・Ability to work under pressure and willing to travel

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Working experience in international accounting and tax services firms (Big 4) is preferable
・CPA, CPTA, and APC certifications are preferable
