<Number of employees : Total : 25 Local : 24 Japanese : Foreigner : 1 > <Report Line : Director in Thailand > <Team Member: 4 persons> <Number of Subordinates: 0 persons > <Products: Machinery Packaging > <Clients: Consumer Goods > <Saturday Working: No > <Job Responsibilities> '- Develop Sales and Marketing plan - Suggest and develop strategic actions of the Sales and Planning Division in terms of turnover, profitability, new products and competitors - Makes available and well known to Sales and Planning Division organization the Customer Quality requirements, needs and wants - Direct and support efforts of functional areas (engineering, reliability, etc) - Develop proving policy and prices in line with profitability objectives - Maintain complete confidentiality of all documents, drawings, development, plan, etc. of customers and suppliers - Support customer negotiations including resolves customer conflicts with Company policies / program and develop appropriate sales terms and contracts
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > 'Proven work experience as a Sales Engineer Proven track record selling complex enterprise solutions Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner <Preferable Skill / Experience> Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent presentation and creativity skills Willingness to travel
